1. About us

Driving Test Expert Ltd ("Company", "we", "us") is registered in England and Wales under Company No. 16943216. Our registered office is at The Old Post Office, Mill Meece Marsh, Cotes Heath, Stafford, ST21 6QU. Contact: [email protected], +44 7423 156135.

2. Nature of our service

We provide independent administrative assistance to help individuals navigate the UK driving test booking process. Our service includes:

• Identifying available test slots at centres near the client's location
• Providing guidance on test centre selection and documentation requirements
• Monitoring for cancellation slots where requested
• Administrative support throughout the booking process

We do not guarantee a specific test date. Actual test slot availability is controlled by the official government booking system. We do not have a commercial relationship with the government's booking service, and we do not operate any automated booking systems on the client's behalf without their explicit consent to each booking.

3. Our service fee

Our service fees are:

• Standard Assistance: £29.99
• Priority Assistance: £49.99

These fees are charged by Driving Test Expert Ltd and are entirely separate from the official driving test fee (currently £62 for a car practical test, charged by the UK government). The official fee is payable by the client directly to the government booking service and is not included in our charge.

Our service fee is due before or at the point of our team beginning work on your booking. Payment details will be provided following your enquiry submission.

4. Refund policy

You are entitled to a full refund of our service fee in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to identify any available test slots within 10 working days of your confirmed enquiry
• You cancel your enquiry within 24 hours of submission and before we have begun work

Refunds will not be provided once a suitable slot has been identified and confirmed to you, or after the test date has passed. We are not responsible for the official driving test fee, which is subject to the government's own cancellation and refund policy.

5. Client obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your enquiry form
• Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements for the test type you are booking
• Ensure your theory test pass certificate remains valid at the time of your practical test
• Bring all required documentation on test day (full checklist provided by us)
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your requirements or availability

We are not liable for test cancellations or failures resulting from the client's failure to provide accurate information or bring correct documentation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driving Test Expert Ltd's liability to you is limited to the value of the service fee you paid us. We are not liable for: the official test fee; test failures; examiner decisions; changes to government policy or test centre availability; or any indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your enquiry applies to your service. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any updates posted on this page.
